Cynthia is Senior Vice President and Trust and Wealth Manager. She oversees administration, operations, and compliance as well as serving as a Trust Officer to a portfolio of clients she’s had since she started at the bank over 25 years ago. She offices in Artesia and Roswell and travels to banking centers throughout New Mexico and Texas. 

She specializes in trust services by assisting individuals and families as a personal representative, trustee, conservator, and handles all administrative functions of the estate.

Cynthia received certification from the Institute of Certified Bankers with the designation of CTFA in 2000, having met with distinction of the prescribed standards of education and competency for Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Cynthia also holds a Nationally Certified Guardian (NCG) certification and completed Cannon Trust School at the Cannon Financial Institute.
