Cynthia joined First American Bank in 1998 as a Trust Officer in Roswell. In August 2018, after two decades with the bank and helping hundreds of customers, she was named Senior Vice President, Division Manager and now oversees the entire division including Administration, Operations and  Compliance departments.

She specializes in trust services by assisting individuals and families as a personal representative, trustee, conservator, and handles administration of the estate.

Cynthia received certification from the Institute of Certified Bankers with the designation of CTFA in 2000, having met with distinction the prescribed standards of education and competency for Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She attended Cannon Financial Institute and completed the Cannon Trust School and has earned the Nationally Certified Guardian (NCG) certification .
